Runtime-owned process and lifecycle metadata for one package wrapper.

Both rbnx boot and Soma spawn long-lived rbnx start -p wrappers. Shutdown must be ordered the same way in both callers: provider lifecycle, package stop hook, process-group fallback. Keeping the record here prevents Soma and rbnx from growing divergent cleanup semantics.
